Brief introduction
 
Deep groove ball bearings are the most representative and widely used bearing. It can withstand axial loads in both directions, in addition to radial loads, even at high speed. They are available for low noise and low vibration. Bearings with mental shields and rubber seals are pre-lubricated by some grease. Bearing with cover made of steel and rubber is usually lubricated with oil or grease in advance, which not only makes it easier for axial orientation, but also convenient for the installation of outer shell. The size of maximum loading bearing is just the same as standard bearing, while with padding inside and outside, the balls can be added in company with the improvement of the maximum load at the same time.
 
 
Minimum load
 
To run more smoothly, the deep groove ball bearing, like all the ball bearings and roller bearings, must accommodate the minimum load especially when it works at extremely high speed or in the load direction which changes rapidly. Under these working conditions, the rolling bearing is negatively impacted by the inertial force between the balls and retainer and the friction in the lubricant due to harmful sliding movement between the balls and retainer.         
 
 
Working principle
 
Deep groove ball bearing mainly takes radial load as well as both radial and axial load. When with only radial load, the contact angle is zero. With radial clearance, it can withstand large axial load. The friction coefficient is small and the speed is also high.
