Product Description

Tool structure:Japanese 8 plate.

Mold plate material and machining：

Upper and lower shoe: Use QC**0 or S*5C
Punch plate, die plate and stripper plate: Use DC*3 or SLD with ***0 degree cryogenic treatment.
Punch pad, die pad and stripper cover plate: Use SKD*1 or D2 with ***0 degree cryogenic treatment.

Mold insert material and machining:

Punch and die insert: Use carbide, processing by oil W/E or PG.
Stripper insert: Use ASP*3, processing by Oil W/E

Other elements:

DC*3(guide plate, punch shim, pilot pin, stop pin...), standard parts use Mitsubishi or Agathon(Bush and guide post, sub bush and guide post, sensor...)
