We have available 3 vessels in China, India and Western Europe waters. Already in our possession SPA, ATS, POP and Vessel Tracking.


PROCEDURE:

1.- Seller submit and send the Vessel Tracking details and the draft SPA to Buyer's for verification and signature. Buyer signs and seals SPA and returns it to Seller. Electronic signatures are legally binding and enforceable.

2.- Seller submit and send to the buyer POP, ATS. After verification and confirmation of POP and ATS, buyer place the financial instrument. 

3.- Seller confirms the financial instrument and give instructions to the vessel captain to submit ATB and move the vessel to the destination port for Q&Q. 

4.- Immediately after Q&Q analysis and submission to Buyer and Seller, Buyer's bank issues MT**3 payment to Seller's nominated accounts for the full cargo and to all the agents and facilitators of the SPA.

5.- Cargo Certificate of Ownership & Warranty of Title is transferred to the buyer.
