1.Description
Ceramic proppant is a kind of high strength alloy pellet sintered mainly by bauxite and several other kinds of metal materials and mainly used as the proppant of stratum cracks in the exploitation and fracturing ofoil and gas fields.
2.Application
When drilling oil and gas deep well, high closure pressure makes oil and gas rocks crack, and then deliver ceramic proppant and fracturing fluid with high pressure pump to the stratum bottom, after the fracturing fluid is diluted with water and extracted outside, the ceramic proppant is fixed in cracks under the well to prevent cracks from closing due to over high pressure of earth crust.
3.Performance
With the high quality bauxite, after multi-channel process such like bauxite crushing, grinding, granulation, calcine, cooling and sieving, our ceramic proppant is nicely resistance to high temperature,high pressure,high strength, and also has a good property in conductivity and anti-corrosion.
