Product Description

Blended is an extra virgin olive oil obtained from mixed types of olives.
In order to meet the demands of our customer, we produce a customized Blend by mixing different types of monocultivar.
As a result, we obtain a high quality oil, possibly with slightly less marked features.

What it derives is a light fruity, mature olive scents reminiscent of yellow apple or almond fruit oil. Mild and delicate flavour, less persistent compared to other oils.
Its ideal for all types of dishes, particularly  recommended for courses such as: orecchiette (type of pasta) with turnip tops, broad beans and chicory, white meat, steamed fish, salads, etc.
