Sicily has four certified DOP growning regions and the high quality olives produced are a result of fertile and volcanic soil. Sicilian olive oil tend to have a unique and strong flavour with a bit of spice and aromas of grass. We selected a variety of high quality sicilian olive oils. Our tin container sizes are 3L, 5L. - Our extra virgin olive oil can be Cold Pressed with the acidity max 0, 3 or unfiltered with the acidity max 0, 7. - Low iodine value. - The oil does not contain extracted oil. - All our products have the Certificate of Analysis and HACCP
