Product Description

It is obviously very important for you to have good quality trees
to ensure the best growth/time for you to get to your ultimate
goal. The trees come from a very well established nursery and are grown by experts. (Like in any industry you can buy quality or look for a cheap tree - not grown under the right conditions and will obviously take years to grow or bare any or very little fruit eventually).

Cultivars: For oil: Coratina, Leccino, Frantoio;

For Table Olives: Nandi, Barouni, Nocellara, Manzanilla.

Dual purpose: Mission,Kalamata.

Age: Trees are *8 months to two years(some cultivars are older) there are about **0 **0 different trees.

Size: The height varies according to cultivar with the Coratina and Frantoio being tallest - approx 1,2 - 2 meters. The Nandis and Barouni and Manzanilla do not grow as vigorously but all are more than *0 cm. Their stem diameters are about **2,5 cm.

The trees on the farm are still young but have just started baring. We are not harvesting commercially as yet.

The nursery is registered with the National Dept of Agriculture

Cuttings are made from trees in the mother block which are genetically true to type

Trees are sprayed and fertilized on a regular basis to ensure that they are free from pests and diseases. They are inspected for same before they are released to the public
