Olives and Olive Oils:

Organic olive oils are produced with the stone milling and cold pressing system.

They are the fruits of the olive trees on which no harmful disease or insect struggle is made.
Dry agriculture method is used in the organic olive production, which means no irrigation is used, and because there is no water with nitrogen in use , the dry element percentage is higher in these trees than the conventional olive trees. That is why the olives of these organic trees have the natural olive taste.

Neither methods to refine , nor techniques to decrease the level of acidity are used  in the process of oil production. For this reason, this olive oil is the pure olive oil.

Because the oil does not pass from refinery processes, it is richer in OMEGA 3 and does not lose its nutritional elements.

These olive oils does not contain nitrogen, phosphate or any other chemicals that can cause cancer.

Every package of olive oil that is sold is numbered. This numbering provides tracibility. Therefore the buyers can always follow up the container of the olive oil they buy.
