On-line Insulating Oil Treatment Machine uses vacuum dehydration and filtration to remove gas,water and solids from insulation.

We supply different types of plants for conditioning and purifying of new and ageing transformer insulation Oil.

Typically insulating fluid is contaminated in the following ways:

* Particles including fibres, rust and colloidal carbon.

* Free and dissolved water.

* Gases produced by fluid ageing, equipment failure and arc suppression in switchgear.

* Chemical products caused by oxidation, as well as cross contamination by other products.

Application:

The ZYD series is specifically designed for filtering and dehydrating new or used insulating fluids such as switch oil, transformer oil, cable oil, etc. Also it is a good choice for vacuum filling oil into transformers and dry out internal coils & windings. The machine is suitable for industries where regular insulating oil treatment is required.

Advantage:

Comparing with the single-stage vacuum type, ZYD series upgrade to double-stages vacuum system, which greatly raises the machine's working vacuum degree, so it can dewater, degas and remove particulate impurities much more efficiently. It allows the transformer to be in operation while impurities are effectively removed.
