Intended Use The One Step Test Kit for CK-MB/cTnI/Myo (colloidal gold) is intended for use together with the FIA***0 Quantitative Immunoassay Analyzer. It can be used to detect CK-MB, cTnI and Myo in human serum, plasma or whole blood specimens in vitro quantitatively. This test serves as an aid in the diagnosis, prognosis and evaluation of patients with suspected myocardial damage such as Acute Myocardial Infarction (AMI), Unstable Angina (UA), Acute Myocarditis and Acute Coronary Syndrome (ACS). Principle This product is based on the principle of sandwich immunoassay for determination of CK-MB, cTnI and Myo in human blood specimens. Two monoclonal CK-MB/cTnI/Myo antibodies are employed to identify CK-MB, cTnI and Myo specifically, resulting in one, two or three purplish red streaks appear on the test line. The color intensity of the test lines increase in proportion to the CK-MB, cTnI and Myo concentrations, respectively. Then insert test card into the FIA***0 Quantitative Immunoassay Analyzer, the concentration of CK-MB, cTnI and Myo are measured quantitatively and displayed on the screen. The results can be transmitted to the lab or hospital information system.
