One group epitopes were identified from Mycoplasma pneumonia,  recombinant fused epitope is conjugated to colloid gold,  anti-human IgG and IgM is used for capturer.

Five  micoliter patient sample is added to test cassett, then add two drops assay buffer, one or two red line appears within minutes.
