1. Introduction
The Rotary Self-Adhesive/ Sticker Labeling Machine:
1) Applying to glass bottles;
2) Being suitable for positioning/ non-positioning;
3) Pasting labels(more than one) with high speed.

Paste the labels that the user chooses on the flat bottle, oval bottle and irregular bottle.

The machine suits for the application of cosmetic, food, medicine and other industries.
 
4. Components
1) Screw Stem, Star wheel & Bracket
Through changing the feeding screw stem, the star-wheel and the bracket, the machine can be applicable for high-speed labeling for various types of bottles.
 
2) Bottle Sensor
The bottle sensor is free outside signal disturbance such as outside light or ultrasonic with exact verification to ensure accuracy of labeling.
 
3) Label Station
The Label station is applicable for adjusting label location and stability of labeling.
 
4) Label Smoothing Mechanism
The label smoothing mechanism is applicable for leveling the label, which can paste the label firmer and prevent it from corrugating and loosing.
