3.   Easy assimilation.Organic Agave syrup does not require the presence of insulin for the primal stages of the metabolism process.

4.   High hygroscopicity.This property is desirable when moisture retention in food processing needs to be improved.

        At the present Agave syrup is being used in the manufacturing of fruit preservatives, baked goods, juice, beverages, energy bars, soy products, cereals, sauces, salad dressings. Additionally, it can be used for sweeten coffee, tea, pancakes and more.
