Using carefully guarded recipes and finely tuned candy making skills they blend premium Guittard chocolates with heavy cream, sweet butter, C&H cane sugar, fresh roasted nuts and real vanilla to create the unique candy centers needed for that day’s orders.

Once the candy makers are finished with cutting and shaping the candy centers, skilled chocolatiers begin the process of coating the centers in the finest chocolate couvertures.

After being coated in perfectly tempered chocolate, each style of confection is uniquely decorated to make it easily identifiable by the candy packers. Once the candy is properly packaged it is ready to be shipped to individual customers across the World.
