Description 

PA6 modifier agent CYD-PR**1 is dendritic polymer with many hydroxyl end groups. 

Molecular weight is around ********0 g/mol. 

Good stability of heat-resistantance. 

Powder solid at room temperature. 

Application 

Dendritic polymer PA6 modifier agent CYD-PR**1 is a great modifier of polyamide (Nylon) due to its unique structure and physical property. Blends of PA6 modifier agent CYD-PR**1 with PA6 or PA*6 can improve the tensile strength, flexural strength, impact strength and fluidity properties.

PA6 modifier agent CYD-PR**1 can be used as compatilizer for PA6 with PP, or other nylon, such as PA*1, PA***0, improve both compatibility and mechanical properties. 

Decrease processing temperature of nylon to reduce thermal degradation, save energy and cost. 

Endow PA6 with excellent low temperature toughness, thereby increase performance of low temperature resistance.

Improve dispersion of glass fibers, carbon fibers and various inorganic fillers in PA. 

PA6 modifier agent CYD-PR**1 modified PA can be widely applied, such as automotive and machine parts, electrical and electronic components, instrument shells and other products need to improve impact resistance and strength. 

Usage 

Blends of PA6 modifier agent CYD-PR**1 with PA was dried at *0 ℃in vacuum condition for *2h (Please adjust drying time and temperature according to the material.). 

Dosage should be adjusted according to requirement and performance during granulation or processing with PA resin, normally obvious improvement can be achieved by dosage of 0.**2%, super tough and cold resistant nylon will be **5%. 

PA6 modifier agent should be mixed uniformly with PA, especially when dosage is small, mixing time can be extended to achieve better performance.

Next process should be done according to the real condition and production process. 

Storage 

CYD-CR**1 is hygroscopic, should be sealed and stored in a dry place.
