Introduction:

This proportioning line is the automatic packaging line equipment for proportion packs of catering company,it automatically meters materials of various types in different state according to the specified weight or quantity requirement and fills them into the same composite packaging bag so as to realize fully automatic packaging of proportioning packs.It is equipped with several metering and feed devices such as 3 electronic weighing machines,3 double head counters and skip and other types of feeder equipments such as one VFS***0D vertical packaging machne,one finished product conveyor and one weight checker.The whole process adopts PLC control.

Application:

The packaging machine can be euqiped with different weight and filling system for various granule, powder and liquid products, packaging such as peanuts, candies, cookies, potato chips, rice, sugar, beans, dried fruit, pet food, ground coffee, milk, detergent powder, shampoo, ketchup, spices etc.
