Emko Panel radiators are manufactured on fully automatic production lines utilizing the latest technology available in the world.

*-High Efficiency

Emko panel radiators are made from CCR ***2 cold rolled steel sheet in compliance to the EN **2.
*3.3 mm pitched water circulation channels and tall convectors welded directly on these channels provide rapid heat convection to the space and make you feel comfortable quickly.
Radiators are also available with internal valve control (compact vent system).
All radiators can be fitted with thermostatic valves.

Emko panel radiators are designed to achieve aslim and elegance appearance.

*-Easy to Clean

Emko styling minimizes areas where dust and dirt can collect, it is easy to clean the radiator by removing the side and top cover grill.

*-Paint Finish

Each Emko panel radiator undergoes a multistage pre-treatment process including cleaning, iron phosphating and passivation followed by a water-based epoxy polyster primer coat. Then an epoxy polyster powder coat is electrostatically applied to all front and rear surfaces.
The process complies with DIN ****0 standart. RAL ***6 is Standard color, however different color coatings can be applied with special orders.

*-Wide Range of Choices

Emko radiators are manucfactured in various heights between ******0 mm, and in various lengths starting from **0 mm up to ***0 mm with **0 mm increments.

*-Packaging

Each radiator is individually bubble-wrapped, their sides are covered with plastic corner protection pieces. Finally, each radiator is shrink-wrapped to achieve maximum durability during transportation and storage. The pack is clearly marked with the type and size.

*-High Quality

The company’s quality management system is certified with ISO ***1:***0
The panel radiators comply with NF, DIN, EN **2, GOST-R, UKR Sepro and have CE mark.

*-High Operating and Test Pressure

Every radiator is pressure tested at *3 bars and is suitable for working pressures up to *0 bars. Maximum working temperature is **0 ºC.
