 La Pasta di Francesca " is an Italian firm, Manufacturer of Gluten Free Pasta .We  have a large variety of pasta , from Bronze  to a wide variety of egg noodles and yummie gnocchi  .Our Firm  from a local reality  developed into a company exporting its products Worldwide ,boasting today its presence in markets to several countries in the world . We are present in the best Italian supermarket chains, but our brand is growing into selected chains and foodservice distributors in the US as well. Our Bronze extruded gluten free pasta, came to life with the idea of bringing Celiacs close to the Hearty cuisine once again , and developed by a Celiac  for Celiacs and therefore the taste is guaranteed . This is possible thanks to the corn and rice flours we carefully select, how sapiently we dose and mix them together and the wide variety of pasta cuts we offer.
