Acrylic sheets are a great lightweight, shatter-resistant alternative to glass. Acrylic sheets can save some money over polycarbonate (PC) when extreme strength is not needed. Acrylic sheets have brittle reactions when loaded, especially under an impact force.

PC(Polycarbonate) sheets

Polycarbonate sheets are often used as panel and window because of it's scratch resistant surface. It can be cut with common hand held power tools, and line bent with most standard heat strips.
