Product Description

This machine refines and extrudes the vacuum-dried soap base, passes it out through the orifice plate and cuts it to produce soap particles, thereby improving its transparency and quality. Driven by the spiral blades, the material is fully contacted and squeezed in the cylinder wall, transported by the screw, and cut into granules by the orifice scraper on the machine head which texture is tight and uniform. The equipment adopts deceleration and separation transmission, which is simple to operate, stable in operation, adjustable in hole diameter.
