NON-LME GRADE A COPPER CATHODE

PRICE BY CIF TERM, LME**3%, LME CASH SETTLEMENT ON THE DATE ON BILL OF LADING.

PROCEDURE: 
 
The working procedure is as follows: 
 
1.  Seller issues complete FCO 
2.  Within the next 5 days, Buyer issues his complete ICPO including all banking details 
3.  The Seller issues the contract, sign it seals it, attaching CEOs passport copy and forwards it to the Buyer 
4.  Buyer completes all the missed details in contract and revert within the next 3 working days to the Seller. 
5.  Seller checks it, issue a PDF File, which will be considered as the only valid contract 
6.  Once the contract is signed by both parties, during the maximum period of 5 days, the Buyer's bank communicates with the Seller's bank to inform they are working on the L/C. 
7.  The Seller's bank will simultaneously informs about the 2%PB to be issued 
8.  The Seller invites the Buyer to visit the warehouse for loading 
9.  Deliveries begin as agreed in the Contract.
