1. Application scope
GCD series dehumidifying dryer gathers dehumidification, drying and two-stage conveying three functions, is very suitable for drying engineering plastics materials with hygroscopicity such as PA, PC, PBT, PET etc. it has dew-point of below **0°Cunder ideal condition.
2. FEATURES
2.1 Standard configuration
1) Combine the function of dehumidifying, drying and two-stage conveying into single unit.
2) GCD Dryers Loaders are equipped with desiccant rotor to obtain stable low dew-point drying air.
3) Feeding system is equipped with shut-off valve to ensure no surplus raw material in hopper tubes.
4) Microprocessor and temperature controllor are standard equipments.
5) Heat preserved drying hopper barrel adopts down blowpipe design and collocates with cyclone air exhaust to avoid heat lost and improve drying efficiency.
6) This dehumidifying series adopt fin-type cooler structure to ensure lower return air temperature and dew-point value.
2.2 Accessory option
1) PLC control and touch HMI are optional, making operation convenient for machine&#x***9;s automatic running.
2) Dew-point monitor is optional to monitor dew-point value at all times.
