We are specialized in producing PET flakes in a very high quality. Our products' high quality comes as a result of the experience we obtained from several years in producing , trading and exporting to several countries all over the world since ***7. We have our own production line with two boilers of hot washed and 3 cold wash steps and a dust removal machine. We have our own crusher at the factory that helps more in controlling PVC content.

We are caring about the quality with the following specifications:-

*- 2 steps of hot washed with caustic soda and other chemicals.
*- 3 steps of cold wash.
*- Dust and impurities are removed.
*- Labels, rings and Capes are removed.
*- PVC less than 0.*3 % , control it up to 0 - **0 ppm.
*- No Moisture, Dried with a drier. " 1 - 2 % MAX. "
*- Size of flakes : *0 - *4 mm. " Can be changed according to your request."
*- I.V. : 0.*2 - 0.*8 dl/gm with Melting Temp. **6 C.
*- Density : 0.*6 - 0.*0 g/cm3. " Changes according to the flakes size ".
**- Different Packing in small woven bags, *5 Kg/Each.
**- **0 MT/month our factory's capacity.
