The line is suitable to treat the contaminants contained in the PET Bottles. The contaminants include: Paper labels, PP. labels, PVC. labels, Glue, Mud, HDPE cups of products contents in the bottles. The following process can process seriously contaminated bottles into clean flakes: hot washing, label removing, crushing, powerful friction washing & rinsing, floatation and dehydrating. Capacity: **0 kg/hr ~ ***0kg/hr. Features: 1. Patented De-labeling system can remove shrinkable PVC or plastic labels or glued paper labels before crushing, 2. The Hot water pre-washing device can easily remove the serious contamination and the glue on the bottles, 3. The well-designed crushing device, like the scissors, can reduce cutting blade wear and no fly-back to provide less power consumption and minimum dust remaining. 4. The high-efficient friction & washing system can remove any heavy contaminated dirty from the flakes. No matter what the dirty degree is, if these are used PET bottles, our line can process them.
