BANKING TERMS & OPERATIONAL PROCEDURE
1) Buyers issues Irrevocable Corporate Purchase Order (ICPO)
2) Seller issues the Full Corporate Offer and the Draft SPA for all parties to review and endorsed.
3) Upon signing the contract, the seller will legalize and register the hard copies of the contract with the Appropriate Ministries in Charge.
4) Seller transfers title to buyers name and both parties endorse the Charter Party Agreement with the Shipping Company.
5) Seller sends to Buyer the Scanned copy of the Legalized and Notarized hard copies SPA alongside the Partial Proof of Product (POP) and Shipping documents as listed below via email.
a). Statement of Product Availability b) Company License to Export c) Tank Receipts d) Bill Of Lading and Vessel's Q*8 e) Product Passport (Dip Test Result)
6) Upon receipt of the above documents by the buyer, buyer pays for the total Vessel Charter Charges via T/T Wire transfer directly into the shipping company's account and the payment will be deducted from the L/C value for the first shipment, Both parties endorse the NCNDA/IMFPA.
7) Upon Confirmation of the payment to the shipping company, the sellers bank will swift the 2% PB operative alongside the outstanding Shipping and POP documents to the buyers bank.
8) The Buyers bank will swift in return, the Irrevocable Non-Transferable Letter of Credit MT**0 or SBL/C MT**0 to the Sellers bank
9) Shipment will commence within *4 **7 days upon receiving MT**0 Payment Guarantee from the Buyers bank and upon arrival of the cargo at he discharge port, payment will be made for the product by the buyer via T/T Wire transfer after CIQ/SGS Inspection at discharge port.

*0) Seller will release payments to the intermediaries involved within *8 hours of receiving the payment for the product from the Buyers bank.
*1) Upon the first shipment delivery and receipt of payment, Buyers bank will issue an IRDLC which will be revolving for *1 months to the Sellers bank and payments will be made at sight against CIQ/SGS inspection at the discharge port.
