Buyer, Seller Mandate and Principal Seller to sign the NCNDA. 4. Buyer issues ICPO with written soft probe permission. 5. Principal Seller issues FCO and Draft Contract to Buyer. 6. Buyer signs FCO and Draft Contract to Principal Seller. 7. Principal Seller issues final signed Contract to Buyer. Buyer signs the Contract. 8. Buyer issues Draft Letter of Credit to Principal Seller for Principal Seller confirmation. 9. Principal Seller confirms Draft Letter of Credit and Buyer opens non-operative Letter of Credit to Principal Seller’s bank. *0. Principal Seller issues full POP to Buyer. *1. Buyer makes Letter of Credit operative to Principal Seller’s bank. *2. Principal Seller issues 1% to 2% Performance Bank Guarantee (PBG) to Buyer’s Bank within 7 days. *3. Shipment commences.
