Our flat breads are artisan made, authentic, tested and approved
recipes from a piadina producer of San Marino. Our Classic flat
bread is made with wheat flour, cholesterol free vegetable
shortening, baking powder, salt and water. There excellent for
making Panini's or individual pizzas.
Our flat bread has no preservatives, additives, sugar, yeast,
animal fat, dairy products, cholesterol or trans fats. Since there
are no preservatives we recommend freezing it to preserve
freshness. It may be kept frozen for at least four months.
Piadina has been enjoyed by Italians for centuries.
Our flat bread is pre-cooked and frozen. Preparing our flat
bread is simple. Place it on a hot, ungreased griddle for *0
seconds on each side and serve.
