Pink aluminium oxide abrasive is electrically fused from alumina and other materials. The pink colored abrasives has hardness similar and toughness greater than white aluminum oxide. Grinding wheels made of pink aluminum oxide have the features of outstanding durability and producing fine surface finish. Suitable for precision grinding applications with metrology instruments, engine crankshafts, instrument parts, threads and samplers.
Pink fused alumina looks pink. It's an abrasive material with moderate friability, recommended for tool and internal grinding , grinding jobs in instrument industry. It's also suitable for various grinding purpose with high surface finish.
