The machine is featured by:

1. Quick cutting: using carbide cutter, cutting velocity with four cutters: ***0 mm2/s; taking pipe of *0 x 2 mm as an example, net cutting time is only 0.2s, while that for pipe of **5 x *0 mm only 8s;

2. Long life span and low operation cost: each cutter has a cutting life span of as much as 5m2 and only cost **0 yuan (imported cutter). Compared with milling saw blade, cost of the former is only 5% of that of milling saw blade;

3. Cutting remaining length, equipped with built-in hydraulic clamping device, the remaining length cut is only **0mm;

4. The computer performs fully automatic control.



The pipe cutting machine can be widely used for automatically cutting fixed-size pipes for various purposes in large batches when it is fitted with different front and rear auxiliary equipment, such as pipes for protective barrier of express highway, pipes for automobiles and motorcycles, pipes for drive shaft, and supporting pipes for belt conveyor.



This machine can be used for quick cut-off, sampling, and size modification on welded pipe production line, and can also be used on flying saw with rotating cutter.
