Machine Composition 

Automatic Tape Wrapping Machine

The automatic tape wrapping machine is designed for holding the pipe and rotating the pipe. You can wrap the tape by hand during the turning of the pipe or us the Xunda hand wrapping machine . Range of machines available to wrap pipe diameters **0-*0*0mm.

Hand Tape Wrapping Machine

The hand tape wrapping machine is designed for wrapping the Xunda tape with constant tension and overlap. The machine relies on the tension on the tape to hold it in position during operation. Range of machines available to wrap pipe diameters **0-8*0mm. Range machines available to wrap of the tape width *0mm***0mm.  
 

Wrap tape application

4.1 Wrap tape application consists of hand application and machine application.

4.2 The tape applied temperature must be above 5 degrees,the coating construction temperature shall be more than *5 degrees as better .

4.3 The tape shall be spirally applied ,minimum overlap shall not be less than *0%.

4.4 When a new roll of tape started ,the ends shall be located to ensure the continuity of wrap tape using the same method of application.

4.5 Outer tape applied method is the same as above.
