Pirotex small scale pyrolysis Plant is designed for recycling and utilization of mechanical rubber goods, scrap tires, plastics, oil sludge, waste oils, railway sleepers and other polymer-containing and carbon-containing products. The following marketable products are obtained as an output: pyrolysis oil (which can be further processed into benzine, kerosene and mazut fractions), carbon black (which can be further processed into activated carbon, sorbent and mechanical rubber goods additive), metal wiring (scrap metal) and gas (which is used for Pirotex plant proper operation).
Pirotex pyrolysis plant is highly ecological equipment. It has nearly no emissions. The equipment is automated to the maximum that allows reducing of human labor to elementary operations such as loading and unloading of crucible from the furnace.
