General Introduction

Used in pharmaceutical factory production to automatically check impurities in plastic bottles infusion. Inspected items includes: glass crumbs, hair, white powder etc and liquid level. Inspect scope: *0ml***0ml infusion in plastic bottle and glass bottle.

Working principle

Bottle conveying rail containers will be sent to the bottle into the bottle feeding screw. Bottle feeding screw transfer the detect bottle to the feeding wheel, a bottle feeding wheel will transport the container to  bottle-rotating  mechanism on the turntable. Impurities like glass crumbs, hair and white powder will rotate at high speed in the container. when the container reach the inspection station,  the container will stop rotating by the brake mechanism as soon as it reach the station ,   three groups of industrial camera in the tracking detection mechanism take multi-frame photographs, then the industrial computer can judge whether there are impurities in the detection containers by analyzing multi frame picture,  When impurities in the container are checked out, bottle distribution servo motor will finish the waste reject action according to the program instructions, making qualified products and defective products separate from each other.
