Since 1997, UNIPLAST AUTOMATIVE INC., located in Anatolian Side Imes Industrial Zone, acts in the field of manufacturing of plastic items and serves to automotive and electronic industries. Presently, our company serves in the sector six days in a week on 24 hours basis through its 13 machinery, on a 800 square meters closed area, and with 24 qualified personnel. Our company which has ISO/TS 16949:2000 (RW TUV) quality certificate, follows the path of becoming a well-known and reputable brand name in the sector through improving itself on the subject of quality more and more. Our company is capable to carry out material tests and mould maintenance in its own structure and mainly; density, hardness and heat of materials are controlled. Our engine park consists of well-known brands on the subject of plastic injection. Among them DEMAG, BATTENFELD and ARBURG can be mentioned. The machineries are 5 years old on an average and all of them are controlled by computer. The machinery capacity of our factory is between 40 � 250 tons and it has four vertical and nine bearing injection machinery. Also, our company furnishes logistic services for clients with its existing capacity, and aims to improve its capability for providing the best service to for clients in the fastest way.
