Product Description

EXTRUDER *5/*3

·         All line is controlled by touch screen operator panel.
·         Automation will done by using PLC.
·         Motor invertor will be used Japanese FUJI or German ABB brand.
·         Resistances will be used Ceramic type resistances.
·         All electrical materials will be used Siemens, Schneider,LS, Fuji, ABB brands.
·         Extruder screw will be designed specially for raw material.
·         Screw will be produced with ***0 quality steel.
·         To extend the life of the screw heat treatment will be applied..
·         Extruder gear box will be used Turkish Yilmaz brand.
·     Oil cooling system will be included on the gear unit.
·         Extruder capacity is ******0 kg / hour.

EXTRUDER DIE-HEAD

·         To prevent adhesion to the inside of the head, die head will be polished completely.
·         For *****0 mm diameters, 5 set of roll will be given, for required pipe thickness.
·         For Adjusting pipe wall thicknesses special adjustment screws will be put on the head.
Head entirely produced from ***0 grade steel material and will be subjected to heat treatment.

BRONZE CALIBRATION SLEEVES

· Calibration sleeves will be manufactured with special bronze to prevent friction.

For *****0 mm diameters, a set of calibration sleeve will be given, for required pipe thickness.
Calibration sleeves are designed to begin precooling of plastic pipe.

VACUUM TANK
·         Tanks will be manufactured entirely from stainless steel.
·         operating range will be *****0 mm
·         Cooling length is 8 meters
·         Vacuum pump power will be 4kW
·         Cooling process will be made with nozzles.
·         Diameter adjustment will be made by the operator using a gear unit.
·         Keeping the water temperature constant will be made automatically.

Pumped water will be filtered before using in the tank.

· Tank moves back and forth will be done with electric motors.

· To prevent leakage of the vacuum Special sealing will be used.

COOLING TANK

  ·   Tanks will be manufactured entirely from stainless steel.
·   Operating range will be *0 **0 mm
·   Cooling length is 6 meters
·   Keeping the water temperature constant will be made automatically.
·   Pumped water will be filtered before using in the tank.

2 PALLETS HAUL OFF

·   Active Pallet length will be **0 mm.
·   Pallet pressure controlled by 2 pneumatic pistons.
·   Pallet pulling motors are 1,5 kW.
·   Diameter adjustment mechanism is made with geared motors.
·   Pallet tires material chosen for long lifetime.
·   Speed settings can be performed automatically or manually through the line.
·   Speed adjustment can be made without interruption through electronic inverter

·   All bearings will be German FAG brand and Japanese ASAHI brand.

CUTTING UNIT

·         The pipes could be cutable by *0 mm up to **0 mm of diameter.
·         All settings can be chosen on the touch screen operator panel.
·         The automation system is controlled by PLC.
·         The cutting length can be entered in the operator panel.
·         Cutting unit provides a smooth cutting by moving sync with line.
·         Rotary knife cutting system is used.
·         Plastic pipe is in contact parts are made of stainless steel.

·         Automation system allowing control via the extruder is available.

TILTING TABLE

·         Tilting table lenght is 6 meters.
·         Cutted pipe will be stacked in the desired quantity on tilting table.
·         With pneumatic piston pipes will be transmitted to the stacker.
