Plastic single wall corrugated pipe machine line:

This production line can be used to produce corrugated pipes of PE PP PVC EVA material, as well as PA corrugated pipes.

   Plastic single wall corrugated pipes have features of high temperature resistance, resistant to corrosion and abrasion, high intensity, godd flexibility, are widely used in fields of auto wire, electric thread-passing pipes, circuit of machine tool, protective pipes of lamps and lanterns wire, tubes of air conditioner and washing machiner, etc.

This machine line have six parts machines, just below:
1.vacuum auto-loader
2.drying hopper
3. extruder (SJ**0/*5/*5/*5/*0)
4. corrugated pipe mould and die head(*0 pairs)
5. forming  machine(bunching water for mould plate cooling, and fan cooling for moulds)
6.double station auto-winder(torque motor control)

 Need to explain for the PVC corrugated pipe , need to exchange the screw of extruder to match the whole machine line.
