ACRYLIC INTERIOR WASHABLE PUTTY FOR GREEN DRYWALL BOARDS
PLUSSPAC A*4 is a premium quality, washable, acrylic based multi-purpose skimming and jointing compound. It repairs and levels cracked areas and leave the surface ultra-smooth and makes ready for final decoration. It is ready-mixed and ready-to-use.
PROPERTIES: PLUSSPAC A*4 is a thin coat, moisture-resistant system applied in around 1mm thicker layers. It has washable and flexible properties instead of conventional dry mix plasters. Quick dry and no priming required. Develop without using solvents and any other hazardous additives, which makes material environmentally friendly.
AREA OF USE:  PLUSSPAC A*4 bonds extremely well to cementitious plasters, gypsum, dry wall boards, wood, galvanised steel and all common building surfaces. Ideal for use in moisture areas such as bathrooms, kitchens or swimming pool. Gives good result as a gypsum board jointing and skimming compound, for patching hairline cracks in walls, ceilings, repairing damage to plaster/paint work, nail holes in woodwork, making good around door architrave's and along the top of skirting boards.
PREPARATION OF SURFACE: All dust, dirt and foreign matter should be scraped and brushed away.  The surfaces should be free from salts, oil, grease and ridges.  Protect all adjacent surfaces not to be covered. Before applying to old surfaces, ensure the substrate is firm.  First wash down the old surface with a sugar-soap solution, rinse and allow drying before repairing or applying the primer. Prime all untreated surfaces with a suitable primers. For non-absorbent substrates PLUSBOND A*1, sealed concrete primer can be used.
APPLICATION:  Mix well before use. Using a steel trowel apply the first layer, filling any larger holes and cracks in the process.  Allow to dry for **4 hours depending on area humidity and temperature. When the first coat has dried, apply the second layer and finish to a smooth and level surface. Lightly sand the final surface within *4 hour of application, using the fine sandpaper to achieve a smooth level surface. Remove dust from surface with a soft brush. No primer is required for conventional water based emulsion paints. For decorating with paint, texture or wall covering, follow manufacturers directions for materials used.  Clean tools and equipment with water after use.
CONSUMPTION: 0.**1.5 kg/m2 depending on surface condition.
HEALTH & SAFETY: Keep out of reach of children. Avoid contact with skin and eyes.  In case of contact with skin, was immediately with plenty of water.  In case of contact with eyes, rinse immediately with plenty of water and seek medical advice.  Use in a well ventilated areas. Avoid inhalation of dust and wear suitable face mask when sanding. 
PACKAGING & STORAGE: PLUSSPAC A*4 is supplied in *5 and 7 kg plastic pails. Store material in a clean and dry area, protected from direct sunlight and extreme heat and cold. Unopened containers can be stored for *2 months.  Use material with oldest production date first.
RECYCLING: Empty packaging should be recycled or disposed off in accordance with local regulations. Liquid waste should be destroyed according to the local regulations. For packaging recycle type look on bottom.
