ZhuoDi ZHP series polishing machine is suitable to polish granite and composite quartz slab. This machine adopts latest advanced polishing technique on granite and quartz surface, to realize excellent performance: Reasonable structure design, perfect processing technique, high working efficiency and energy saving etc. Each polishing heads of the machine are controlled by two hydraulic cylinders, working pressure can up to 0.4 Mpa. Fully automatic operation controlled by PLC; swaying of the crossbeam is controlled by frequency converter to ensure stable sliding, luster of the products could be adjusted evenly. Primary conveyor is controlled by frequency converter, tile stack and tile lack could be monitored and protected automatically.
