We serve in plastic industry and produce the products which are widely used in both automotive by-industry and whose raw materials are plastics. The raw materials that are used in our production are widely imported raw materials. Technical drawings, operation plans, process flow charts and drawings are prepared for the products which have been decided to produce and whose molds are prepared. Job orders are prepared and production is done in accordance with injection molding. Our production aim is �producing with higher quality during process�. Production line is subdivided into three divisions such as; molding, plastic injection and assembly line in PAKSOY PLAST&#**4;K & ELEKTRON&#**4;K SAN. T&#**4;C. xxxxx. &#**0;ti. Molding division is responsible for producing the molds for products which have decided to produce and/or maintaining the existent molds, continuity of functionality of the molds and also repairing the broken and ruined parts of the production line. In the molding division convectional workbench, lathe, boring tool, electro erosion workbench, grinding workbench and drill are used. Production of the material, which is in the plastic injection molding division or produced in PAKSOY PLAST&#**4;K & ELEKTRON&#**4;K SAN. T&#**4;C. xxxxx. &#**0;ti., is done in the fifteen different branded and weighted in grams machinery in the injection division with the reasonable limits of injection pressure and in accordance production plan. In spite of applying same or different mold in the injection molding division in the assembly line for the items, which need some small paints and assembly by hand are done to complete the production. Our product variety is included the products which are widely used in automotive by-industry.
