Product Performance and Characteristics
PAC is a semi-natural polymer and used as additive, thickener and reducing water loss agent. Both PAC-HV and PAC-LV is the key ingredient in the fresh water mud and seawater mud.

PAC-HV/LV is white or light yellow free flowing powder or granule, whose aqueous solution is clear and sticky. As a water solvable polymer, the properties of PAC as followings,

· Be dissolved in the cold or hot water quickly

· Act as thickener, rheology control agent, binder, stabilizer, protective colloid, suspending aid and water retention agent.
PAC-HV/LV products are good mud treatment agents for well drilling and can be used as the material for well-completion liquid. It has high rate of slurry-making and shows excellent raising viscosity performance and a good resistance to temperature (**0°C). It is suitable to making well-completion liquid with fresh water, sea water or saturated water. When adding the different amount of CaCl2, the well-completion liquid has a certain viscosity and lower fluid loss.

PAC-HV/LV products are in compliance with the standards of OCMA and API.
