P-type polycrystalline silicon solar cell

Adopt crystalline silicon ingoting to prepare silicon ingot and mixboron (B). Adopt multi-wire (mortar or diamond wire) cutting process, and more 100-/110-/111-piece irregular polycrystalline silicon wafers are distributed on the surface of original silicon wafer.

The conventional production process of solar cell is adopted for manufacture, and its edge distance is 156.75mm and diagonal line distance 220mm, with its power ranging from 4.4W to 4.6W.

Compared with monocrystalline silicon solar cell, the polycrystalline silicon one is relatively low in the cost, with longer life service.
