Product Description

Polyester softener T**0 is chemical compounds of modified ployester, which is mainly used to improve hand feeling and hydrophilic for PES and its blends fabrics. It imparts fabrics good and durable hydrophilicity and soft hand feeling.
  
Characteristics and advantage
1.Instantly hydrophilic, softness, and smooth hand feeling after finishing;
2.Very slight yellowing, doesn’t influence the fabrics whiteness and color shade;
3.Nice compatibility with anionic, and cationic auxiliaries;
4.High-concentrated, dilute before using, stable diluted solution, convenient.

Appearance: Yellow or light yellow un-even small clump.
Ionicity:  Nonionic
Ph Value:  5.0~7.0    (1% aqueous solution)
Dissolving:  In hot water at ****0℃ stir enough, reduce the temperature below *5℃, ready for using after filter.
 
Application: Polyester Knitting or weaving fabrics finishing.
 
Recommended Dosage:
For padding: PES softener T**0 (*0%)        *0~*0g/L
Working liquid (*0~*0% liquor detention) → Drying and tentering;
For Immersion: PES softener T**0 (*0%)      3~8%   (o.w.f)
Bath ratio:  1:8~1:*5
Immersing *0~*0 minutes at room temperature → dehydrate →dry.

Packing: *5 kilograms per drum.

Storage: It can be stored in cool and well-ventilated place, the self Life is one year.
