FIBER:
1,solid fiber(white and other colors) for spinning (cotton spinning
and wool spinning system, open-end system and ring-spun
system),1.4D to *0D. We can produce any color according to
customers color samples accurately, the color could be shinning or
dull enough with high color fastness without any harmful materials
to health. The quality of product **0% as customer sample.
2,solid fiber(white and other colors) for nonwoven industry (fine
fiber for spunlace, coarse fibe for needle-punch), 6 D, 9Dto *0D.
We can produce any color according customers color samples
accurately, the color could be shinning or dull enough with high
color fastness without any harmful materials to health. The color
fastness of my fiber is good enough for car industry.
For item 1 and 2,the fiber also can be made with special function,
such as anti-UV, anti-microbial, siliconized or non siliconized,
etc. Theres high quality fiber and common fiber for different
customers at high price and low price according to customers
requirement.
3,Hollow and hollow conjugated fiber(white and other colors),the
fiber could be used for nonwoven, stuffing and spinning,6Dto *5D.
Theres virgin are recycle fiber available.
4,Triloble fiber(white and other colors) for spinning and nonwoven
industry, mainly the fiber is used for carpet yarn, it can bring
shinning colors in finished products. Especailly, my colorful
trilobal fiber is very good and economical for shinning yarn. We
help our customers decrease too much cost, and the color fastness
of carpet made by my fiber is much improved.
