PP Filler Masterbatch Features:

 PP Filler Masterbatches is compounded of high-quality filler, polymer resin and other additive agents by twin-screw machine. PP Filler Masterbatch is a Polypropylene based masterbatch containing calcium carbonate. It is natural white with excellent dispersity. It is widely used in the plastic industries (blow film, blow molding, injection molding, yarn stretching, non-woven bag, extrusion molding) to reduce the production cost and improve the character of final products.

  Applications:

    PP Flat yarn extrusion.

   PP strapping band.

   PP injection molding, blow molding, extrusion molding.

Processing suggestions

-The processing temperature is set according to resins processing temperature and it applies well among **0 ± *00 C

Package, Transportation and Storage

    PP, PK or PE heavy duty bag, *5kgs/bag.

    Note to avoid moisture, insolation and breakage in transportation.
