2.whole course of production

(1) Raw Materials includes poplar, birch, eucalyptus, pine, etc. 

 (2)Dryer Machine:This machine can keep the raw materials dry.The dry materials can make the plywood have enough strength.

(3)Veneer-laying Machine:We have more than 300 professional skilled workers and technicians, they can make sure each piece of our film faced ply wood is flate and can meet our customers' quality requirements,

(4) Sewing Machine:  sew two piece of veneer together to make sure there is no gap or overlap when pressed to be a piece of plywood.

(5) Cold-pressing Machine: Good cold-pressing can make the plywood have enough strength.

(6) Hot-pressing Machine:  If the thickness is less than 9 mm, one-time hot pressing is OK.For thickness over 9mm, two-time hot pressing is essential, otherwise, the film faced ply wood won't be strong enough.

(7) Sawing Machine:  This machine can saw the boards into the size we require, including 1220mmX2440mm, 1250mmX2500mm, etc.

(8) Sanding Machine:  Our high quality imported sanding machine can make sure both the face and back of plywoods are smooth enough, and when film laminated on them, looks like mirror(smooth and flat).

(9) Packing Workshop: After strict quality control, we pack up the film faced ply wood according our orders.

4.Strict quality control:

We have 3 professional quality inspecting teams to make sure each piece of plywood from our factory will meet customers' quality requirements.

*Loading Quantity: 54 CBM per 40ft HQ in Pallet Packaging

*Minimum Ordering Quantity: 1x20GP / 1X40ft HQ Container

*Shipping Date: 15 days after receiving the prepayment or L/C

*Payment Terms: T/T or L/C at sight

*Productivity/Capacity/Availability: 5, 000M3 per Year
