COMPONENTS AND FEATURES:

The complete extrusion The complete recycling production for wasted PP, PE includes of two parts.

1. First part is crushing, washing and drying production for PP, PE etc.. The final products after this complete production is clean soft flake or rigid scrap.

2.The second part is pelletizing extrusion for clean flakes or rigid scraps and its final products is pellet.

3.The processing procedure of the complete washing line consists of conveying – crushing - floating washer with cold water - agitating washer with hot water - floating washer with cold water - centrifugal drying/squeezing drying – collection.

4. Wasted plastics can be crushed, washed, dried and collected into silo.

5. High efficiency and performance.

6. Less power consumption and operator attendance.
