Our precision casting adopted SOL technics,the common material is cast steel (*2CrMo4V/*4CrNiMo6 e.g) and aluminum(AlSi7Mg0.3_T6),we can adjust the chemical compesition based on your demand.Furthermore,we can make the metal mold based on your 3d drawings(STP format is OK),we shall return the metal mold charge once your purchase number over ***0 pcs.The surface treatment is chrome plating and anodize e.g.
RFQ and drawings is appreciated very much!
The precision casting parts attached images is for precision equipment for Belgium client,and made from AlSi7Mg0.3_T6 ,anodize grey dark.
