The ISOS Other Foundry Branch specializes in various kinds of
opened die-forging, closed die-forging made of carbon steel,
stainless steel, aluminium and brass. It has ability to undertake
the machining of various forging and die manufacturing, with the
auxiliary process of stamping or injection or extrusion and so on,
it can realize an organic whole program of
forging-machining-assembly. The products are widely used in the
fields of bridge building, shipbuilding, petroleum industry, power
industry, port machinery, engineering machinery etc.
Forging productsThe process includes forging billet
cutting, forging billet heating, pretreatment before forming parts,
post-forming heat treatment, cleaning, calibration and
testing.
Precision machining productsISOS offers a full range of
machining work on our raw parts, including milling, turning,
grinding, planing, drilling, threading and hobbing.
Other application partsISOS offers some other
application parts with different technics, including stamping,
injection, extrusion, laser cutting, EDM and all kinds of moulds
realization.
