Prefabricated Construction (PC) Production Line


The PC production line is used for the production of the panel  components such as wall panels and floor slabs thickness less then **0 mm (including sandwich wall panels, interior wall panels,  laminated slabs, etc.), as well as more complex or pre-buried wall panels.
 
 
 Production line include: central control system, concrete convey system,  feeding system, circulatory system, pretreatment system, curing system, demoulding system. Equipment included: table, Ground walking wheel, table driving wheel,  Inductive collision avoidance device, concrete feeding machine, vibration table, curing kiln, table withdraw machine,  pre-curing system, hydraulic lifting system, transportation car, shuttle bus, grinding machine, Surface texturing machine,  vibration smoothing machine, cleaner, oiler Numerical control machine and concrete delivery system, etc. We can tailor-made according to customer demands.


Central control system


The central control system adopts the WINCC central computer control system,  which can monitor the production process throughout the whole process;  it can be transferred manually, automatically or semi-automatically;The control system can communicate with the various equipments of the production line to complete the coordinated production of the production line;
the fault display, query and alarm functions of the entire production line can be realized; It can not only realize the connection with the component production ERP system,  but also realize the monitoring of the temperature and humidity of the pre-culture kiln,   the three-dimensional steaming kiln and the laminated plate, and the automatic data recording,    analysis and finishing functions. And automatically draw the temperature control curve and real-time temperature curve,  and can perform real-time status query (such as: real-time temperature, humidity,   cured time, temperature difference status, etc.).



Table circulating system


Table: within 1.5mm error in 3 meters of steel bed, Length can be customized, structure is solid and strong, fatigue strength, using finite element analyzing method, less deformation, Pre welding technology,long service life.
Walk round: No need maintenance, the support wheel is made of high quality steel forging, reliable positioning, no relative displacement.
Table horizontal shifting trolley: driving by electric motor, high positioning accuracy; Using MC controller, these two devices are
highly synchronization, well match with the production line, automatically orbital transfer, easy to operate.
The driving wheel use high wear-resistant rubber, big friction force, long service life; When installation, the height is adjustable, easy to install.
 
 
 
 
 Table Pretreatment System
 
 Numerical control line-drawing machine: draw the line in the mold fast and accurately to show the position of the side mold and precast steel reinforcement in order to improve the precision and speed of side mold position and steel reinforcement  placement .
Cleaner: Double roller brush, easily to clean the concrete residue and dust, high efficiency and good cleaning result.
Oiler: When table after the oiler will spray oil automatically, spray more uniform, good effect.

Feeding system
Special mixer plant for PC production: It is made according to layout and production capacity of PC production line, using building block design, easy to assemble. It can reduce *0% foundation cost and save *0% land, the mixer and production line is connected with production line by PMS system with no slot joint. Based on production plan, automatic release concrete mix ratio and production order and star production automatically.

Material feeding machine: Process control intelligent feeding, perfectly realize feeding according drawing; configurable paving or spiral feeding machine according to the customer concrete kinds.







Vibrating table:
The unique vibration isolation design effectively isolates the excitation force from the ground; the pitless design makes the installation, maintenance and maintenance of the equipment more convenient; the vibration system adopts zero amplitude start, zero amplitude stop, exciting vibration, and adjustable amplitude. It effectively solves the problems of cracking, internal heterogeneity, formation of air pockets, and inconsistent density during the forming process of the component.
