Product Description

SHARE block ice machine/ice block machine is very convenient for customer to install, which consists of:

(1) Refrigeration unit:Included compressor,condenser,liquid reservoir,valves,water pump and others

(2) Brine tank: inner carbon steel,outer galvanized or concrete made

(3) Ice cans:stainless steel / galvanzed plate

(4) Ice can frame:flat steel/stainless steel/galvanized plate

(5) Lifting crane:Travelling crane with crane way above the ice tank with harvesting device crane. Trolley electrically operated with bush used for four direction control.

(6) Thawing tank:when ice can frame lifted,put it in the thawing tank,make ice separate from the ice can;

(7) Braine circulation: Agitator with motor for brine circulation

(8) Pour ice device:When the ice is separated from the ice can,lifting the ice can frame put on the pour ice frame,which lean slowly,and make the ice take off the ice can.

(9)Feeding ice device:Feeding the water in the ice can
