 Press is important equipment of fishmeal production process. The main function is to press oil and water of cooked fish material. It is indispensable skim and dewatering equipment in the fishmeal production. The working principle is that clinker from the inlet into the crushing chamber is compressed by double pole type screw axis. The compression ratio is 1: (4.8 ~ 7.5). Fish liquid and fish oil expel from **4 mesh screen hole. Mesh specification is from φ4.5 to φ0.8, according to the fish feed direction of imports to exports. Fish liquid flows into the tray under the screen after the discharge for collection in the fish liquid box so that the next working procedure of slag, liquid and oil three-phase separator can be continued. Compressed fish slag discharge through the discharging port and transport into the drying processes.
